Love includes four components: care, respect, responsibility, and knowledge. If you want to love another person, you first have to LOVE YOURSELF. Loving yourself is completely different from self-conceit, arrogance, self-pride, or vanity. Love for one’s own self demands taking care of one’s self, respecting one’s self, taking responsibility for one’s self, and knowing about one’s own self. You cannot truly love another person if you do not love all the humankind inclusive of your very own being. Care, respect, responsibility, and knowledge are all the requisites you have to give to the person you love.
